Church Minutes

Present:

Gavel In: 1400 SLT

Raevyn: Rideout request forms have been implemented and are being utilized by MCs.

Pappy has been making images of our cut layouts as a guide for placing our patches, and these will be on our wall this week.

This week's rideouts have been lightly attended. Everyone's presence is welcome.

Jak: Found out how to remove white voice dots and can now record interviews. Has not received interview questions from anyone, so will use his own questions. Victoria Day weekend, so he will not work on Monday. He is thinking of setting up an MMC YouTube account. Raevyn suggests he get with Skarlit to make videos available on the Mavericks Eagle.

Seamus: Has been keeping attendance at rideouts and church and plans to make stats available at end of month.

Cherry: Looking for new prospects. Read aloud her prospect solicitation.

Make sure cuts & tags are on for rideouts, especially at other MCs.

Next month Pappy will be up to vote for patch.

AG: We'd rather have a small community where everyone cares about each other, than a big community based on hatred or anger.

Jak, please add to church notes how to turn off speech beacon (ping-pong ball).

Scalley: Sorry for being absent from rideouts for almost two weeks; was on East Coast installing military cameras, and hotel had horrible internet.

Gabe: Congrats to Ginger, Seamus, Scalley.

Was trying to find something in church notes, but half the stuff said wasn't there. Raevyn: Church notes edited for brevity & clarity. AG: Secretary can't be required to make verbatim record of everything; main, most-important points will be found in notes.

Raevyn: On our Thursday night rideout this week, we were asked to witness Pappy's proposal to his partner, Dee. Wonderful, and meant a lot to share that moment.

Pappy: He & Dee think of us as family. He's glad to be here.
