Raevyn: I appreciate everyone for being here today. New Bylaws will be distributed today.

For everyone: I have an open door policy - you can send me an IM, a Discord or an email.
Should you give up your patch in anger, or uncertainty, etc. However, if you find that the grass is not greener on the other side, you will be given one chance to come back on a 30 day probation
The New Bylaws are on the podium or you can shoot me an IM when you are in world.

Jak: I echo Raevyn on repatching that everyone who leaves, you will need to go through the probationary period for 30 days.
If you need to think anything through or need to talk anything through, your first line is any officer as we are here to help you.
I would like to bring up an idea of an archival project in which we tell the history of Mavericks.

If you are not getting along with someone, please reach out to one of the officers and we can work things out before you decide to quit.
In regards to the archive project:: The Mavericks Magazine was our archives, if we can agree to continue on that project.
DtA does have a website if we can make Mavericks an archival website as well.
There will be a vote in Discord to determine if we would like it to be a blog or a website.
Skarlit: I know that I have been absent, but Im glad to get to know Raevyn as the new present
