Church Minutes

Present:

Gavel In: 2:00pm SLT

Gavel Out: 2:49pm SLT

AG: Vote was taken to keep Mavericks Open in the case that I need to leave abruptly. Whether a combination of owners or a single owner, Mavericks will remain open at this time due to voting members present. DTA will remain open as well.

Reminder: ExRC and RC have complete control over rideouts.

Cherry: Reed will be voted in to patch on March 8th. Currently there is 1 opening.

Cuts and Tags are important, just a reminder!

Cajun: Nothing Today

Jak: Bylaws are done will be published at the end of the month on schedule. Next year we can revisit amending and adding if needed.

Raevyn: In regards to cuts and tags, we are all family but if you see someone without thier tags or cuts, you can just notify that person or if you are asked to change yours, please don't give pushback.

In regards to call outs by the RC, reminder that calling RCRC is not to be used to make people be quiet just so you can talk. Please allow others a chance to talk as well.

We are looking for a tail gunner as we only have 1 tailgunner who is not able to make all rides.

Deuce: If you are stuck, each person should be able to edit themselves up.

Cel: Bylaws will be finished with formatting today to be put together in both worlds

Shadow: If you have sounds off to notify you, there is a way to change the text in discord. 4k Club members need to message me to get your tag in the staff group

Dana: THANK YOU for the earlier comment about using "RC" to draw attention to someone saying in Text Chat that there's a problem. The delay in getting noticed in chat on rideouts been a lot better than it used to be. A designated watcher would be a great idea.

Bluu: 5pm SLT is our Formal Valentines Party. Movie night is next month. End of the month will be Luao for the bday party.
